Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and applicable hygiene and safety regulations, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

 

 

Hygiene & Safety Notice

 

Our products are considered hygienic personal-use items. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, even if only part of the package has been used.

 

Once the original packaging is opened, the product can no longer be resold or reused.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

You may be eligible for a return or refund only if:

 

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is returned in resalable condition

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken hygiene seals

  • Items returned due to personal preference, comfort, or subjective dissatisfaction after use

 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a product that is:

 

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

 

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@humanplus.is with your order number and photos.

We will resolve the issue promptly by replacement or refund.

 

 

Refund Process

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

 

In certain cases, we may offer store credit or a discount code instead of a refund. This is handled individually and is not guaranteed.
