Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

 

Delivery Options

 

 

Local Delivery – Capital Area (Reykjavík & surrounding areas)

For selected orders within the capital area, we may offer local delivery.

 

  • Local deliveries may be carried out by our own team or a delivery partner

  • Delivery is typically completed the same day or the next business day, depending on order time and availability

  • Customers may select a preferred delivery time window, which we will do our best to accommodate

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons

 

 

Postal & Third-Party Delivery (Iceland & International)

Orders outside the capital area, or when local delivery is unavailable, are shipped via Iceland Post or other logistics partners.

 

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination

  • Once shipped, delivery times are outside of our direct control

  • Tracking information may be provided where available

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
